VMWare after updating/upgrading Ubuntu

Need to do the following:
1] re-install VMWare server by running the script:

sudo ./vmware-install.pl

2] Install the C Header files with

sudo aptitude install linux-headers-`uname -r`

3] Specify the location at

/lib/modules/<>/build/include
